Katter to move bill to stop the sale of Ausgrid to China.

Federal independent MP Bob Katter has flagged a private member’s bill to stop the sale of Ausgrid to China.
The NSW government is considering the leasing of the electricity distributor to State Grid Corporation of China.
Assets such as Ausgrid provide the ability to secure income for future generations,” Mr Katter said in a statement announcing his bill.

Thank God someone in this country has the guts to stand up for the people and our future generations against the governments greedy sell-off of our country, and I hope he also fights to stop the selling of our farming lands and suburban homes. You wouldn’t sell your home so that you have the money to renovate it would you? Well basically that’s what this stupid government is doing, selling of the country’s utilities that the taxpayers paid for.

Why OH why are we selling our country to foreign countries. I thought our governments were trying to promote Australian businesses not selling them. Where is the spirit of “let’s have a go mate”. The Baird movement in NSW is only chasing the dollar so it can fund their works program & make them look good in the public eye. Beware we are becoming more of “A banana republic”
